- 8 ounces of chocolate {dark, white, or milk}
2. ½ of toppings {nuts, dried fruits, candies}
Procedures On How To Make Bark Chocolate
Step one:
Start by getting out your ingredients to be ready for use then line out a baking sheet with parchment paper on a silicone mat. This is to prevent sticking of the chocolate and enhances removing of the chocolate later.
Step two:
Break your chocolate into small pieces. Then get a microwave safe bowl and out your chocolates in the bowl then place it in the microwave and let it melt at an interval of 30 seconds stirring in between occasionally until it’s completely melted and smooth.
Step three:
Once your chocolate is melted pour it onto the baking sheet then use a spatula or the back of a spoon to spread it out thinly creating any shape you like but a normal bark shape works well too.

Get creative by adding any toppings of your choice. Sprinkle the toppings on top of the spread out chocolate. Add your chopped nuts or dried fruits or even candies or all of you prefer then gently press the toppings onto the chocolate so that they stick.
Step five:
After adding your toppings place the baking sheet with the chocolate in the refrigerator and let is cool for about 30 minutes more or less so that it hardens
Step six:
Take the chocolate out after 30 minutes and cut the chocolates into barks. Use a knife or your hand. The shape shouldn’t have to be perfect that’s why it’s known as bark chocolate. It’s meant to be rustic so don’t worry about making the shapes perfect.
