- First of all, start by preparing the meat. Choose a tender cut of beef like sirloin or flank steak. This is because it grills well and remains juicy after grilling. - Get a bowl and combine the ingredients together in the bowl. Put in the ground peanuts, ground ginger, ground paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, ground garlic and bouillon powder and mix together properly until they’re evenly combined to create a flavourful Suya spice blend.
- After mixing the spices together, Coat the meat properly with the Suya spice blend. Make sure each meat piece is coated properly. After coating the meat, let it sit for about 30 minutes or better still leave it overnight to enhance more tasty flavour.
